- Could not have asked for a better place to spend my down time in Istanbul. Secil and Chris were such a great help, thanks so much couldn't have done it without you!!!! Taksim is a blast and it was so nice to be able to come home from all the craziness of Taksim and relax in a great environment.

Booked 2 nights online & requested a nice Single Room. When I arrived there, Taksim was full of people and I just had to rest from my trip of the Bosphorus! However, I got a shock of my life when they gave me the Attic Room and can't even stand! I asked them to book me a Bedroom not a Storeroom!!! The doors does not have handles w/key holes but instead have those locks you use for your steel cabinets!!! Not safe!!! The room does not even have a proper stair - one wrong move and you're down!!! There is a Window w/c looks like an exhaust of a storeroom. Send me an email & I'll show you more pictures.
I had to look for a hotel nearby and found out that they're more cheaper than the terrible hostel named Chillout Cengo! I had to stay outside till 3am so I could exhaust all my energy just to sleep. Then the following day, I moved out and check-in the hotel opposite their street for 30 Turkish Lira only. Chillout charged me 38 TL for a Storeroom w/ common dirty toilet, I took a bath in the hotel I transferred, can't stomach Chillout! There's even one beside them w/c is only 25 TL, but full at that time.
